The Institute of Youth Future Strategy does not fit young people into a frame. We help each young person’s potential grow to its full size and reach the world stage.
Education made to fit a frame raises people no bigger than the frame.
Today, our society raises young people, each full of potential, inside a single narrow frame. Within that frame, neither their distinct talents nor their own creative spirit and confidence can grow to their full size. We aim to break that mindset and that frame completely, so that young people can grow up in a free environment where they can be fully themselves.
Today, the education system and social institutions of the Republic of Korea are themselves confined within a narrow frame, and lack the foundation and capacity to help young people, who grow with boundless potential, develop through their own creative spirit and confidence into people who will bring honor to their nation and to humanity. To break through these realities and constraints, and to help the young people of Korea freely unfold their own boundless potential and grow with confidence as leaders of the world, we hereby establish this organization.
Vision and Mission
A society where every young person unfolds their potential and grows into a leader of the world
We support young people in designing their own career paths and exploring the fields they want to pursue, and through education and competitions we lay the foundation for them to develop their creative abilities and realize their dreams.
To this end, we carry out the following three areas of work:
- Helping young people discover their interests and strengths and design their own career paths
- Creating opportunities and environments to explore their fields of interest in depth
- Building skills through education and competitions, and providing a stage for taking on challenges
We believe in the full measure of young people.
A single report card can never determine the measure of a person. More than the ability to find a set answer quickly, it is the ability to ask questions no one has asked, and to pursue them, that is the true value that will bring honor to our society and to humanity.
Now is the time to believe in and support the great dreams and strengths of young people. The young people of this country will soon stand before humanity, beyond the borders of their own nation.
